1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jackpottoto ("Platform", "we", "us") and users who register or use the services provided through the jackpottoto.pro website and its associated mobile applications ("Services").

By accessing, registering, or using the Services in any way, you ("User", "Member", "you") hereby agree to be bound by these Terms, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3Account Registration

Each User is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on jackpottoto. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, bank account information, or device is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your identification card (MyKad) or passport.
• An active and valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• An active personal email address.
• Malaysian bank account details registered in your own name.

The Identity Verification (KYC) process is conducted once during registration. Once KYC is successfully completed, all subsequent deposit and withdrawal activities are processed automatically without the need to resubmit documents, except in exceptional circumstances requiring additional security review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. jackpottoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Jackpottoto accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must come from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Jackpottoto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards, or foreign payment methods without specific approval.
• Any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

Jackpottoto does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial institution or digital wallet provider may impose their own fees subject to their terms of service, over which jackpottoto has no control.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at jackpottoto are processed quickly and securely. All withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours once your initial identity verification is complete.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet that has been registered and verified in your name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the platform's withdrawal page.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC process by submitting a valid copy of your MyKad or passport.
• Balances earned from bonuses may only be withdrawn after all wagering requirements (rollover) have been fully met.
• Jackpottoto reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

6Bonus & Promotions

Jackpottoto offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP program offers. Each bonus is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer.

• All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer's terms.

7Game Rules

All games available at jackpottoto — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and table games — operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified by accredited international audit bodies.

• The results of all games are final once processed by the system and cannot be disputed on technical grounds unless there is clear documented evidence of a system failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, jackpottoto will endeavour to restore the game session or return the wagering balance to the user's account based on system records.
• Jackpottoto reserves the right to void any bets or games that occur as a result of system errors, pricing errors, or other clearly abnormal circumstances.
• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

8Accepted User Conduct

All jackpottoto members are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, honest, and respectful manner. The following are strictly prohibited on the jackpottoto platform:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Using malware, hacking techniques, or any method to interfere with platform operations.

9Account Suspension & Termination

Jackpottoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• User has violated any provision of these Terms.
• User suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.
• User failed to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• User found to have multiple accounts on the jackpottoto platform.
• Requests from legal authorities or legitimate regulatory bodies.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the jackpottoto customer support team. Once the account is closed, any valid remaining balance (after deducting any outstanding claims) will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe.

In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of Terms, jackpottoto reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all balances in that account.

10Liability Limits

Jackpottoto provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, jackpottoto shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from wagering activities on the platform.
• Service disruptions resulting from scheduled system maintenance or unforeseen events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms, jackpottoto's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of the most recent deposit made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
